Before jumping into the actual outfit items and their colours that elevates your autumn family photos, let’s talk about a few tips on the process:
1. Mums first
Mums are those whom dress up the last, most of the time at going out occasions, they are happy to put on the quickest choice they find, as far as all children are happily and beautifully dressed! So now that you are updating your family photos this autumn, I would love you to select the outfit that you feel the most incredible and comfortable in then coordinate other members with your choice. Once you are happy with your choice, the rest follow.
2. No patterns and graphics, simplicity is key.
While patterns add depth and texture to your group photos, be mindful while selecting. Avoid big patterns or several choices, choosing small patterns accompanied by solid colours for your autumn family photography would enhance the overall feeling and later on would create a gorgeous artwork adding to your home decor.
Also remember, your autumn photo session is taking place outdoors, in our stunning London parks, so avoiding stripy and checkered pattens is strongly advised. The patterns could be very dominant and attracting the viewer’s eye. However. some very fine checkers kids outfts or tiny flowers on girls’ dresses could bring more of their characteristics to your memories captured.
Prior to your autumn photo session we will go through your options and I will give you more advices on what works or not.
3. Colour coordination is key, but no need to match colours
