If you connect with my relaxed style, here are a few things to help you prepare and feel at ease:
Trust your photographer
We plan for the day in advance, you will have clear picture of what will happen on your session and we discuss all the What-ifs.
On the day of your photoshoot, I’ll gently guide you through the process so you can relax and enjoy the experience.
Your vision matters
We plan your session together, based on what feels right for your family. Your ideas and preferences help shape the photographs we create.
What to expect
I work with natural light, natural moments, and a lifestyle approach — no stiff poses or baby wrapping. We may aim for a sleepy baby, but if they’re awake, that’s perfectly fine. Calm parents = calm baby.
Outfits count
Clothing plays a big part in the overall feel of your photos. We’ll plan outfits together so your gallery looks timeless and cohesive.
Comfort above all
I know it’s not always easy inviting someone into your home soon after birth. Please don’t stress about the house, the time, or toddler behaviour. Be as you are, take breaks when you need, and know that I’ll stay as long as needed — there’s no rush.
Toddlers are part of the story
Don’t expect them to sit perfectly still with a newborn — and that’s okay. We’ll follow their flow, play, and capture the joy of sibling life just as it is.
Begin with the end in mind
Think about how you’d love to enjoy your photos afterwards — perhaps a framed print, a gallery wall, or an album to pass down. You don’t need to decide now, but it helps me create images that will fit beautifully into your home and life.
